Our goal at Dear Darlin’ is for you to love every piece you order but we know that returns happen. We hope this makes it a simple process for you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?
Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all the original tags attached, and not marked FINAL SALE.
Gift Cards, accessories, leggings, bodysuits, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimwear, and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased with a 25% or more coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages and do not provide return labels.
We do not offer exchanges.
Excessive/multiple returns per month are prohibited and are subject to a 20% restock fee and only 2 returns accepted per month.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Shoes scuff easily on any hard surface. Please try on shoes on carpet to keep them from scuffing before making your final decision. Shoe boxes are such an important part of the product presentation and must be returned without damage, along with the shoes.
Shoe boxes must be shipped in a separate box or mailer, as they are considered part of the product's original condition. If a shoe box is damaged or taped, the return will be refused.
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed you will receive an email notification.
HOW DO I REPORT DAMAGED ITEMS?
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@deardarlinboutique.com and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
